• Colored Hair Orders: Require up to 7 business days for processing before shipping.

• Domestic Shipping* : Orders are shipped via standard shipping and typically arrive within 3-9 business days after processing.

• Shipping Delays: We are not responsible for carrier delays due to weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Please monitor your package and ensure someone is available to receive it upon delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges.

• Please ensure that you select the correct wig size before placing your order, as there are no exchanges for incorrect sizing.

• Every order is fully inspected before being shipped to ensure quality and accuracy.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Effortlessly Flawless is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
